Wellbeing Vision

To create an inclusive wellbeing culture at Ruralco, our staff are happy, healthy and enjoy coming to work.

We raise awareness of key issues and create a workplace where our employees physical and mental health is our priority.

Mental Health

To create a nurturing supportive culture at Ruralco, increasing the number of resources available to staff and their families and ensuring our formal policies and internal communications fully support the mental health and wellbeing of all staff

Physical Activity

To increase the amount of staff reporting 30 mins exercise a day for a minimum of 5 days per week. Creating a culture within Ruralco that supports and encourages physical activity.

Healthy Eating

To increase the availability of healthy eating options at company organise meetings and events. To increase the number of staff reporting healthy eating in staff surveys and to ensure consistent awareness campaigns throughout the calendar year.

WorkWell provides a framework that supports workplaces to develop and implement an effective and sustainable wellbeing programme for staff

WorkWell is based on best practice and encourages workplaces to follow a step-by-step process in order to enable continues improvement in staff wellbeing
