Managing your card

If your card is lost or stolen, you’ll need to tell us as soon as possible. Please call us on 0800 787 256, weekdays 8am – 5pm. Keep an eye on your transactions on your statements or in your online account, and let us know straight away if there are any purchases that were not made by you or any other cardholders on your account.

If you see a transaction on your account that you would like to dispute, please contact us on 0800 787 256, weekdays 8am – 5pm so we can investigate.

How to Read Your Statement

Set up a direct debit

Contact us on 0800 787 256 to get a copy of the Direct Debit Payment Application form, then complete and return this to us. We’ll set up a direct debit to pay your account.

Online banking

You can pay your Ruralco Credit Card by online transfer from your other bank accounts.

You’ll need these details:

Account number: 02 0836 0088452 00

Account name: Ruralco NZ Limited

Reference: Your customer number.

If you do not pay your balance in full each month, you may incur interest charges. If you only make the minimum payment each month, you will pay more in interest and it will take you longer to pay off the unpaid balance.
